The hang glider ramp on Salt Spring island in on a Crown land lease.

We are currently trying to expand this a develop a paraglider launch area as well.

 

The city of Victoria requires a special land use permit.

 

$130/year 

ISS has a land use agreement with the District of North Cowichan.  This requires all users have a waiver on file with ISS.

 

While they do not charge for the agreement we pay $100 for the use of a key to the access gate. 

We are working on access agreements for Mosaic (formerly, Timberwest and Island Timberlands).

ISS also has a project to develop a tenure application for Crown land on Hill 60.
