ISS 2019 AGM Minutes

On Sept 27 the we met move the club forward.

  • 18 people joined the discussion

  • >5 HG Pilots

  • 1 from the Sunshine Coast

  • 2 from Salt Sprint

  • 1 from Point Roberts


Opening Remarks from Reto and Adam. RE: moving past the issues that had divided the club. All just start working together to further the ISS Mission.


Discussion about ISS merging, in some form, with West Coast Soaring club. No one moved to vote so the discussion was suspended.


New board members were elected:

  • Randy Smith - President

  • Liam - Vice President

  • Garth - Sec/Treas

  • Dylan - Safety Director

  • Reto - Site Director


There was a suggestion that ISS should resume paying for the tenure on Bruce Peak. All agreed we should try based in financials.
